  • 1 can diced beets
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. horseradish

Directions

    Drain beets in 2-cup measuring cup and add vinegar and sugar and enough water to make 2 cups.

    Heat.

    Add jello and horseradish.

    Place in mold in refrigerator.

    Serves 6 to 8.
