Ingredients

  • 1 can shoestring beets, drain but save juice
  • 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. horseradish

Directions

    Measure beet juice and add water to make 1 1/2 cups.

    Bring this to a boil. Remove from heat. Add gelatin, sugar, vinegar and horseradish.

    Stir and add beets.

    Chill until firm.
