- pork (ribs or roast)
- 2 carrots, cubed
- 1 can shredded beets
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 onion
- 5 slices bacon
Directions

1Put pork in pot; cover with water.

2Add bay leaves, salt and pepper.

3Cover; simmer for 1 hour.

4Fry bacon and onion until golden.

5Add flour until brown.

6Add vinegar and beets to meat, along with bacon mixture.

7Mix sour cream and 2 tablespoons water; dump in the pot.
