Belgian Chicken Normandy

- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 green or yellow apples, washed, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 qt. Creme Fraich (heavy whipping cream)
- 3/4 c. Calvados or apple brandy
- 3 oz. butter
- 10 to 12 small white potatoes, washed and thinly sliced (do not peel)
Directions

1Melt butter in a large baking pan. Add chicken. Add apples to the pan with the chicken.

2Pour the apple brandy and cream over the chicken and apples.

3Put in a 350° oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
