- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Mix flour, salt, oil and eggs.

2Add slowly water, milk and vanilla extract.

3If the mix is too thick, add milk.

4Mix should be liquid not thick like pancake mix.

5Cook one crepe at a time, on both sides in a greased pan.

6Serve crepe with jelly, powdered sugar, brown sugar or cheese and ham.

7Roll it.
