- 1 bell pepper (medium), chopped
- 1/2 large onion, grated or sliced thin
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Spread layer of potatoes on bottom of round casserole dish (1 1/2 to 2-quarts).

2Pour half mixture of soup and milk over potatoes.

3Spread onion, pepper and seasonings on top.

4Repeat with all ingredients.

5Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.

6Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer uncovered to brown the top.
