  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg

    Mix ingredients.

    Make into balls.

    Roll in flour, browning in hot oil.

    Bake in tomato juice, catsup or tomato sauce for 30 to 45 minutes.
