Ingredients

  • 1 c. white corn, drained
  • 1 c. French green beans, drained
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1/2 c. green peppers, diced
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 14 oz. jar pimento, drained
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Mix all vegetables.

    Boil sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

    Pour over vegetables and refrigerate.
