- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 box wild grain brown rice
- 1 can herb spice tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef, and add bell pepper (chopped), onion, garlic salt and tomato sauce in a frying pan.

2After rice is cooked, pour into a deep baking dish.

3Add the prior mixed ingredients and stir until rice is mixed well.

4Top with a thin layer of cheese and put into the oven until the cheese is melted.
