- 2 pkt (8 ounce each) cream cheese
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 3 dsh Or possibly 4 liquid warm sauce
- 1 med Cucumber
- 1 sm Onion, finely minced
- 3 dsh Or possibly 4 green food coloring
Directions

1Remove half of skin from cucumber and chop finely.

2Drain in colander to remove liquid.

3Chop onion.

4Soften cream cheese in microwave for 20 seconds.

5Beat cream cheese and mayonaise till creamy, then beat in liquid red pepper and food coloring.

6Fold in cucumber and onion.

7Refrigerateand serve on bread or possibly crackers.
