- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 9 oz strawberries, hulled, halved
- 4.5 oz blueberries
- 4.5 oz raspberries
- 6 None waffle cups
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat cream, powdered sugar and vanilla together until stiff peaks form. Transfer to a sealed container. Chill until required.

2In a second container, combine all the fruit. Seal well and chill until required.

3When ready to serve, spoon fruit into waffle cups. Top with chantilly cream.
