- 4 cups flour
- 3 cups blueberries (I use frozen)
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Spray muffin pan with Pam.

2Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3Add berries and toss.

4Combine eggs, sourcream, oil and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients.

5Fill each muffin 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
