Ingredients
- 4 cups berries, such as raspberries or hulled strawberries (halved or quartered if large)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup raw whole almonds, plus more, chopped, for garnish
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons almond-flavored liqueur, such as Amaretto
Directions

1Place berries in an airtight container or plastic bag and freeze for 1 1/2 hours.

2Place half of the frozen berries in a blender.

3Add ice, almonds, sugar, milk, liqueur, and as many more berries as will fit.

4Blend until there is enough room to add more berries.

5Add remaining berries and blend until thick and smooth.

6Divide among four serving dishes.

7Garnish with chopped almonds and serve immediately.
