  • 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, chilled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 x 55g egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh berries (eg Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

Directions

    Beat Philly* until smooth.

    Beat in the sugar, milk and vanilla essence.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Pour mixture into a 5-6 cup Kugelhopf mould, freeze for 1 hour.

    Sprinkle berries over mixture and gently press in.

    Cover and return to freezer until firm.

    Cut into wedges to serve.
