- 1 cup evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 x 55g egg whites, stiffly beaten

1Beat Philly* until smooth.

2Beat in the sugar, milk and vanilla essence.

3Fold in egg whites.

4Pour mixture into a 5-6 cup Kugelhopf mould, freeze for 1 hour.

5Sprinkle berries over mixture and gently press in.

6Cover and return to freezer until firm.

7Cut into wedges to serve.
