  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. berries (oxhart or sweet cherries, raspberries, blueberries or strawberries)
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Beat butter and sugar thoroughly and add eggs.

    Mix dry ingredients together.

    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and vanilla.

    Fold in floured fruit.
