- 1 cup frozen raspberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup milk, cold
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 banana
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 -5 ice cubes
Directions

1Put berries and milk in the blender.

2Blend on medium for about 1 minute to get the berries really blended into the milk.

3Add yoghurt, honey, banana and vanilla.

4Blend at medium until well mixed, roughly 30 seconds.

5Add in ice cubes.

6Pulse a few times or start on low, then go to medium to get the ice cubes chopped up and well distributed through the smoothie.
