Berry Smooth Shake Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup milk, cold
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 banana
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 -5 ice cubes

Directions

    Put berries and milk in the blender.

    Blend on medium for about 1 minute to get the berries really blended into the milk.

    Add yoghurt, honey, banana and vanilla.

    Blend at medium until well mixed, roughly 30 seconds.

    Add in ice cubes.

    Pulse a few times or start on low, then go to medium to get the ice cubes chopped up and well distributed through the smoothie.
