- 2 lbs shrimp, cooked and thawed
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 red onion
- 12 cup honey
- 1 cup green olives
- 2 tablespoons green olive juice
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 34 cup olive oil
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
Directions

1Mix the honey, olive oil, vinegar and Tabasco sauce and lemon juice, stir well.

2Add olives and olive juice.

3Let sit for 15 minute.

4Slice onion, either leave in rings or chop- your choice.

5Place onion and shrimp in a container with a lid and pour liquid mixture over.

6Place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

7** Make sure the shrimp has already been cooked and if frozen - thawed.
