- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. soft butter
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (21 oz.) can pie filling
Directions

1Thoroughly blend crumbs, margarine, and 1/3 cup sugar.

2Press firmly against bottom and sides of spring-form pan.

3Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

4Gradually add remaining 1 cup of sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time.

5Blend in sour cream. Spread in prepared pan.

6Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes or until firm.

7Turn off oven, leaving door slightly ajar.

8Allow cheesecake to remain in oven for 1 hour.

9Cool in pan.

10Chill for 4 hours or overnight.

11Remove side of pan.

12Top with pie filling.
