- 2 tsp. butter
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms
- 4 pt. chicken broth
- 4 oz. fine noodles
- 3 chicken breasts
Directions

1Cook chicken breasts in water for chicken broth.

2Drain; remove bones.

3Cube cooked chicken.

4Melt butter and simmer cut up vegetables about 5 minutes.

5Add chicken broth, noodles and cut up chicken.

6Simmer until noodles are done.

7Add salt and pepper as needed.
