- 8 oz. sour cream (can use fat-free)
- 4 eggs
- 16 oz. can creamed corn
- 3 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
Directions

1Melt the margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix everything else together; pour into pan with melted margarine.

3Bake at 350° until it is browned around the edges and set in the middle, about 35 minutes.
