  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. sour cream (can use fat-free)
  • 4 eggs
  • 16 oz. can creamed corn
  • 3 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions

    Melt the margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix everything else together; pour into pan with melted margarine.

    Bake at 350° until it is browned around the edges and set in the middle, about 35 minutes.
