  • 1 small vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. German chocolate (sweet), melted and cooled
  • 1 small pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except nuts, coconut and chocolate chips. Beat 2 minutes; fold in other ingredients.

    Pour into prepared Bundt or angel food pan.

    Bake at 325° until done.

    Cool 1 hour.
