Ingredients

  • 5 c. chopped, cooked chicken
  • 3 c. cooked regular rice
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. halved seedless grapes
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
