Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O (regular or sugar-free)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 2 c. crushed canned pineapple (juice included)
- 4 mashed bananas
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 or 1 pt. sour cream (regular or lite)
- 2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in water.

2Add bananas, berries, pineapple and lime juice.

3Pour 1/2 of mixture into mold and chill until set. (Leave remaining mixture at room temperature.) Spread firm Jell-O with sour cream.

4Spoon rest of Jell-O mix over sour cream and chill until firm.

5Serves 12.
