  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. red Karo syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar, Karo, flour and butter in a blender until thoroughly mixed.

    Add the pecans and blend very quickly just to break up the pieces slightly.

    Bake in prepared pie shell of your choice at 350° until done.
