Best Ever Stuffed Peppers

- 4 large green peppers
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, combine raw ground beef, 1 can tomato sauce, diced onion, salt, pepper and hot sauce.

2Mix thoroughly; set aside.

3Cut top off of bell peppers and remove seeds.

4Blanch for 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water.

5Place peppers in 9-inch cake pan.

6Stuff with meat mixture.

7Cover with tin foil and bake at 350°, checking for doneness after 1 hour.

8It will probably take an additional half hour.

9Heat remaining can of tomato sauce. Pour over peppers and serve with rice.
