Ingredients

  • 3 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained well
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 c. tomato ketchup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon

Directions

    Fry bacon until limp (half done).

    Remove from pan and saute onion in bacon grease.

    Cut up bacon and mix with other ingredients.

    Bake at 325° for 45 to 55 minutes.
