- 1 box yellow cake mix (not pudding kind)
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 bar German chocolate, grated
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix grated chocolate and chocolate chips with cake mix.

2Add all other ingredients and mix well.

3Make in a Bundt or tube pan at 350° until knife inserted in center comes out clean, or 45 to 50 minutes.
