  • 1 c. Diced banana, (1 medium)
  • 1 x Keebler chocolateflavored pie crust, (6 ounce.)
  • 1/4 c. Minced dryroasted peanuts, (1oz.)
  • 1 pkt JELLO sugarfree instant butterscotch, (4 serving) pudding mix
  • 2/3 c. Carnation nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Peter Pan reducedfat peanut butter
  • 3/4 c. Cold Whip lite
  • 2 x Nabisco chocolate graham crackers, made into fine crumbs (2 1/2 inch)

Directions

    Layer bananas in bottom of pie crust.

    Sprinkle 2 Tbsp.

    peanuts over bananas.

    In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry lowfat milk pwdr and water.

    Mix well using a wire whisk.

    Blend in peanut butter till mix is smooth.

    Pour pudding mix proportionately over bananas & peanuts.

    Chill 5 min.

    Spread Cold Whip lite proportionately over set filling.

    In a small bowl, combine remaining 2 Tbsp.

    peanuts and cracker crumbs.

    Proportionately sprinkle mix over top.

    Chill at least 1 hour.

    Hint: To prevent bananas from turning brown, mix with 1 tsp.
