Better than Fall Pumpkin cake!

  • 1 can 15 oz. Pumpkin
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 packages Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sundae topping
  • 1 cup Heath candy bits
  • 1 box Vanilla cake mix

    Pre heat oven to 350..Prep a 13 by 9 inch pan.

    In a large bowl mix ONLY the vanilla cake mix and canned pumpkin..until mixed well..Pour into the prepared pan..even out with a spatula..mixture will be thick!

    Place in oven and bake for 28 to 30 min..based on pan and oven..times may vary..

    When finished baking..take out and immediately poke holes all over warm cake with the end of a wooden spoon..pour the sweetened condensed milk all over cake..place in fridge for at least 4 hours..or overnight!

    When cake is set up..take out of fridge..top with cool whip.

    Now take the caramel topping..and with a small spoon scoop a bit from the jar and drizzle over the cake in any way you like..repeat until you get enough caramel to your liking.

    Next sprinkle the heath bits evenly over the top of the cake.

    Serve immediately or place back in fridge until you're ready to enjoy!
