- 3 bacon strips, fried
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
Directions

1Dice bacon.

2When bacon is half done, add onion.

3Cook until onion is slightly browned.

4Pour off most of bacon grease.

5Add pork and beans, brown sugar, vinegar and catsup.

6Stir well and cover.

7Let simmer at least 30 minutes (the longer, the better) or bake at 300° for 2 hours.
