- 1 lb. haddock fillets
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 10 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
- 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Place haddock filets in a greased shallow baking dish.

2Cover with the slices of cheese in a small bowl.

3Mix together the soup and the milk until smooth and pour over the cheese slices.

4Mix together the melted butter and Ritz crackers and sprinkle over the top.

5Bake at 350° for one hour.
