  • 6 c. diced potatoes
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 c. celery, cubed
  • 1 c. onions, diced
  • 1 c. carrots, cubed
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes or 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted

    Cook first 5 ingredients until tender.
