- 3 c. cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. Parker House rolls, thawed
Directions

1Steam cabbage and onion until cabbage wilts and onion is transparent.

2Brown beef and drain.

3Combine onion, cabbage and beef; let cool.

4Meanwhile mash together 2 rolls and roll into circle.

5Put 4 tablespoons meat mixture on circle; draw up sides. Turn pinched side down.

6Place on greased cookie sheet, don't crowd.

7Let rise for 1 hour.

8Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes. Yield:
