Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. active dry yeast
- 3 c. lukewarm water
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. oil or melted margarine
- 10 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- coarse salt
Directions

1Lightly grease 2 large baking sheets.

2In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

3Blend in 4 eggs and slice margarine.

4Add 10 cups flour, sugar, salt and nonfat instant milk.

5Stir well. Add additional flour to make a soft, but not too sticky dough.

6Knead 5 minutes, until dough is smooth.

7Roll pieces of dough in ropes, about 1/2-inch in diameter and 18 to 24-inches long.

8Form into pretzel shapes.

9Place on baking sheets.
