Big Thin Pancakes

- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- pinch of baking powder
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix into a smooth batter.

2Put a little Crisco into a large frying pan.

3Pour batter so that it will produce a thin pancake. Tilt pan so that batter barely covers bottom of pan with a thin layer.

4When ready to turn pancake, place a few drops of shortening on upper side.

5Turn with a spatula.

6When done, sprinkle with sugar.

7Roll up and serve.

8They may also be sprinkled with cherries and sugar, then rolled.
