- 1 qt. sauerkraut
- 1/4 lb. bacon
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. each pork, veal, beef and lamb
- 1/2 lb. venison (optional)
- 1/2 lb. Polish sausage, cut in small pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
Directions

1Wash sauerkraut and cook until tender.

2Cut bacon and fry. Add onion and meat to fry until meat is tender.

3Add Polish sausage and sauerkraut and boil until the flavors blend.

4Season to taste. Add sauteed mushrooms.
