- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen corn
- 3/4 c. chopped tomatoes
- 3/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1 can (10 count) biscuits
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2In large skillet brown beef.

3Drain and stir in soup, corn, tomatoes, green onions and basil.

4Bring to boil.

5Pour into ungreased 10 x 6-inch (1 1/2-quart) baking dish. Separate biscuits.

6Arrange in 2 rows.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 400° for 14 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.
