  • 10 biscuits
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Crumble biscuits in mixing bowl.

    Heat lowfat milk.

    Pour over biscuits; let soak a little while.

    Beat Large eggs; add in sugar and vanilla.

    Mash biscuits with potato masher; add in sugar mix; stir well.

    Pour into greased pan, butter preferred.

    Bake at about 375 degrees till golden.
