- 4 to 6 chops
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) can biscuits
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1Fry chops.

2Place in 9 x 13 greased pan.

3Combine all but biscuits in mixing bowl.

4Mix well.

5Cut each biscuit into 10 to 12 pieces.

6Stir into soup mixture 1 at a time.

7Spoon over chops. Bake at 350° about 1 hour.
