Biscuit Stuffing Atop Chops

  • 4 to 6 chops
  • 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz.) can biscuits
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions

    Fry chops.

    Place in 9 x 13 greased pan.

    Combine all but biscuits in mixing bowl.

    Mix well.

    Cut each biscuit into 10 to 12 pieces.

    Stir into soup mixture 1 at a time.

    Spoon over chops. Bake at 350° about 1 hour.
