- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 5 to 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients.

2Cut in butter with pastry blender. Make well in center of bowl and pour in milk.

3Stir until well blended and dough is slightly dry.

4Place dough on board.

5Dust with flour and knead lightly.

6Roll out about 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter.

7Place on greased baking sheet.

8Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
