  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 6 to 8 oz. shredded cheese
  • chopped bacon, ham or sausage (as much as you like)

Directions

    Mix up night before.

    Cover and refrigerate.

    Scramble eggs. When cooked, add sour cream, cheese and meat.

    Mix together and place in greased baking dish.

    Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 people.
