Bisquick Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Brown 'N Serve sausage
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°.

    Grease 9 x 1 1/2-inch pan.

    Cook and drain sausages.

    Mix Bisquick and water until soft.
  5. 5
    Press dough in bottom of pan and up 1-inch on the sides.

    Arrange sausage (spoke fashion) on top of dough.

    Sprinkle cheese on top of sausages. Pour eggs over top of cheese with milk, oregano and pepper.

    Bake 25 minutes until golden brown.
