- 1 c. Bisquick (heaped)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 can cream of soup (celery, chicken or mushroom)
- 3 to 4 lb. chicken
- chopped onion
Directions

1Stew chicken in 1-quart salted water until tender.

2Cook chopped onion with chicken.

3Cool, pour broth off and debone. Place deboned chicken in baking dish.

4Add cream of cream soup and 1 cup chicken broth.

5Combine remaining ingredients for batter. Pour batter over and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

6Pour 1/2 cup broth over pie when taken from oven. Extra broth may be used as a gravy or sauce.
