  • 12 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 12 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 23 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • fresh parsley

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Grease pie plate or baking dish.

    Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in plate.

    Mix cooked beef, 1 cup of the Mozzarella cheese, the oregano, basil and tomato paste, spoon evenly over top.

    Beat milk, effs, baking mix, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater or until well blended.

    Pour into plate.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Return to oven 1 to 2 minutes.

    Cool for 5 minutes.
