- 12 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 23 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- fresh parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Grease pie plate or baking dish.

3Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in plate.

4Mix cooked beef, 1 cup of the Mozzarella cheese, the oregano, basil and tomato paste, spoon evenly over top.

5Beat milk, effs, baking mix, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater or until well blended.

6Pour into plate.

7Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

8Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

9Return to oven 1 to 2 minutes.

10Cool for 5 minutes.

11Srpinkle with parsley.
