- 3 c. flour
- meat tenderizer or any type steak seasoning
- 1 qt. Wesson oil
Directions

1Be sure to wash your meat.

2Tear your cubed deer into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with your meat tenderizer.

3Then batter your pieces in the flour and drop into hot oil.

4Cook until pieces begin to float.

5Take them out and serve with side dish of your choice.
