  • 3 c. flour
  • meat tenderizer or any type steak seasoning
  • 1 qt. Wesson oil

Directions

    Be sure to wash your meat.

    Tear your cubed deer into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with your meat tenderizer.

    Then batter your pieces in the flour and drop into hot oil.

    Cook until pieces begin to float.

    Take them out and serve with side dish of your choice.
