- 3 cups milk, skim
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup bits-o-barley
- 1 x wheat germ
- 1 x butter
- 1 x honey or maple syrup
Directions

1The night before serving, put milk, 3 tablespoons honey and Bits-O-Barley in a heavy sauce pan.

2Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly for 15 to 20 minutes.

3Pour into a 9x9x2 inch oiled pan and refrigerate.

4The next morning, cut the mixture into two inch squares, coat with wheat germ and fry in butter until lightly browned and heated through.

5Serve with more honey, syrup or butter.
