- 6 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. black bean puree
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions

1Beat margarine, sugar, cocoa and coffee.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Beat in bean puree.

4Stir in nuts.

5Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

6Bake at 350°

7for 45 minutes for moist, fudgy brownies.

8If you like drier brownies, bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.

9Cool completely in pan.

10Cut into 1 1/2 x 2-inch bars. Serves 16.
