  • 45 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 12 cup chicken broth
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 14 cup sour cream
