- 12 tortillas
- large can black beans, drained
- 2 c. grated Jack cheese
- large can green chili enchilada sauce
- cilantro
- garlic salt
Directions

1Pour a little enchilada sauce on bottom of 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.

2Layer 6 tortillas overlapping (can be softened in a little oil).

3Spread out beans.

4Sprinkle with cilantro and garlic salt.

5Layer with 1 cup cheese.

6Put another layer of 6 tortillas.

7Pour can of green chili enchilada sauce over casserole. Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.

8Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese, lightly covered with foil.

9Bake until cheese topping is melted.
