  • 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
